Corporate Affiliate Program

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Program, you must represent a corporate or big brand company that requires transportation services for corporate staff, events, or business-related travel.

2. Minimum Booking Requirement:

Affiliates must commit to booking a minimum of 20 to 30 rides per year with Moelimo Limousine to maintain eligibility for the corporate affiliate rates. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the termination of affiliate benefits.

3. Marketing Agreement:

By joining the Program, affiliates agree to be featured as one of Moelimo Limousine's corporate clients on the company website. Affiliates may also share images from their events featuring Moelimo Limousine's cars or chartered jets for marketing purposes, subject to mutual consent.

4. Rates and Discounts:

Affiliates will receive exclusive corporate affiliate rates for all bookings made through the Program. These rates will be communicated separately and are subject to change based on the affiliate's booking volume and other factors.

5. Amendments:

Moelimo Limousine reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, with notification to affiliates. Affiliates will be bound by the revised Terms upon notification.

6. Termination:

Moelimo Limousine reserves the right to terminate the participation of any affiliate in the Program at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms or failure to meet the minimum booking requirement.

7. Confidentiality:

Affiliates may have access to confidential information about Moelimo Limousine's operations, pricing, or other proprietary information. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
